Rachelle Chin currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CMO, and CCO at Qualified Health since August 2025. Previously, Rachelle held roles at SignalFire, including Operations and Event Manager, responsible for strategic support, operational workflow management, and high-visibility project execution. Rachelle also worked as Network Operations Manager at SignalFire, where systems and tools were developed for enhanced decision-making and operational clarity. At Providence, Rachelle served as Manager of Events and Support Groups, successfully planning and executing internal events that aligned with strategic priorities. Rachelle began the career as Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Creative Package McKahan, supporting the President/Founder in brand strategy and event management. Rachelle holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
