Hope Winkowski is an experienced Vice President of Product Compliance at Qualifacts, where they have played a pivotal role in enhancing billing, quality assurance, product development, data analytics, and reporting since 2013. They have successfully overseen the billing of over $4.5 billion annually and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while leading the AI and Data Governance Committee. Prior to this, Hope served as the Director of Family Based Mental Health Services at Family Pathways, where they managed various operational aspects and established the first tele-psychiatry program in Butler County. Hope holds an M.Ed in Counseling Education from Pennsylvania State University, along with credentials as a National Board Certified Counselor and certifications in Healthcare Compliance and HIPAA Privacy.
