Donna Belanger serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Qualifacts since February 2024. Prior to this role, Donna held significant positions at Nuance Communications from March 2002 to November 2023, including Vice President of Total Rewards and Global Senior HR Director overseeing Executive Compensation, Global Equity Programs, Global Payroll, and Global Benefits. Donna's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Treasury Operations at PictureTel from November 1989 to September 2001, where responsibilities encompassed global equity programs and risk management. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Merrimack College.
