Gian L. is currently the COO and CTO of Qualicorp, a leading health benefits management company in Brazil, overseeing Operations, Technology, and Client Services. In 2023, Gian graduated with an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and obtained a Healthcare Certificate, also completing a course in U.S. Healthcare Strategy at Harvard Business School. Gian founded the insurance distribution company Unifocus Corretora at the age of 25 and went on to establish Unifocus Administradora de Benefícios, which became the second-largest benefits administrator in Brazil. Additionally, Gian co-founded AllCare Administradora de Benefícios and served there until May 2021, contributing significantly to the company's growth. Gian's academic background includes a degree in mechanical engineering from Universidade Mackenzie, a postgraduate in Business Administration from FIA, and an executive MBA from ESPM.
