Kevin Mayfield, PHR, CPTD, currently serves as a Talent Development Specialist at Qualcomm since January 2019, specializing in management training, succession planning, and coaching program management. Before this role, Kevin was an HR Manager at Phone.com, where the first HR department was established, and held various HR positions at National University, Insperity, and Petco, emphasizing talent management and employee development. Kevin's career also includes managing retail operations at Hasbro (Wizards of the Coast) and providing industrial psychology support during an internship with the City of National City. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego.
