Carl Manning is a driven and strategic leader with over 25 years of professional experience, including 20 years in executive roles. Previously, Carl worked as a Law Clerk at Wingert, Grebing, Brubaker & Juskie, LLP, and held the position of Global Director of Litigation Practice Systems at Fish & Richardson P.C. Currently, Carl serves as the Senior Director of Legal Operations at Qualcomm, overseeing all core components of litigation practice support. Carl holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law, an MBA from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, and a B.A. in Psychology from UC San Diego.
