Michael Miller is an accomplished Director of Development Capital with over 12 years of experience in program management and leadership, particularly in project controls and financial analysis. They have held key positions in both public and private sectors, including as a Military Construction Program Manager for the United States Marine Forces Reserve and Manager of Corporate Facilities Budget & Planning at Pioneer Natural Resources Company. Currently, Michael drives integrated portfolio planning and capital efficiency at QTS Data Centers, focusing on aligning people, processes, and technology. Educated at the University of Oklahoma and Liberty University, Michael also completed Command and Staff training at Marine Corps University.
