Howard B. Hayden is the co-managing partner of the Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee offices of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where they focus on defending long-term care providers, assisted living facilities, and health care professionals in legal matters. They successfully defended a wrongful death action in Middle Tennessee, achieving a full defense jury verdict. Hayden frequently counsels health care providers on risk management and has been involved in legislative consulting, including drafting amendments beneficial to health care providers. They also serve as President of the Board of Directors of a nonprofit nursing home in Memphis, recognized as "Best in the State" by Newsweek Magazine. Hayden received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
