Katarzyna Krupińska-Obel is the CEO of Qodeca and the founder of Space for Change, where they have supported organizations in achieving their goals through effective HR solutions, coaching, and mentoring for over a decade. They specialize in change management, group and team coaching, and executive coaching, aiming to develop the potential of leaders and teams. Currently, Katarzyna serves as the VP of Membership & Culture for the IIBA Poland Chapter and is also a coach and trainer at Pracownia Coachingu NOVO.
