Emma Smythe is a seasoned professional in learning, leadership development, and organizational culture, with over 20 years of experience in diverse sectors including consulting, automotive services, and defense. Emma served as the UK Head of Learning at BAE Systems from 2015 to 2018 and later held the position of Director of Leadership Development at Deloitte from 2022 to 2025, where they created strategies that significantly enhanced organizational learning and engagement.
