Salem Al Mannai is the Group Chief Executive Officer of QIC Group, bringing over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. After graduating with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of South Wales, Salem initiated their career at QIC in 2001. They advanced through various roles, including Deputy CEO at QLM and Deputy Group President & CEO of QIC MENA, before becoming Group CEO of QIC Group in 2020. Salem currently holds several leadership positions, including Chairman of Oman Qatar Insurance Company and the MENA InsurTech Association, as well as Vice Chairman of QLM Insurance. Under their leadership, QIC Group has embraced innovation and strengthened its position as a leader in the insurance sector within the MENA region and beyond.
