Arinda Moreen Jennifer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and project management. Currently serving as the Ag. Recruitment Projects Manager for Q-Sourcing Servtec Group since February 2022, Arinda focuses on client satisfaction through tailored solutions and effective project management, driving sales growth and optimizing financial performance. Previously, as a Recruitment Executive, Arinda specialized in talent sourcing and candidate assessment. Arinda's background also includes a brief role as a Recruitment Consultant at Green Leaf Tourist Club, where translation accuracy and cultural sensitivity were key responsibilities. Additionally, Arinda co-founded the MUBS ICT Club, contributing to the coordination of student ICT activities.
