Matthew Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and operations management. Currently serving as the Global ERP Manager at Pyrotek since December 2023, Matthew previously held significant roles at Synergy Resources, including Executive Vice President for the VISUAL Business Unit and Mid-Atlantic Services Manager from May 2011 to March 2023. Prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Encore Plastics Corp and senior financial positions as CFO/CIO at Visual Business Solutions and Controller at Robeck Fluid Power. Matthew began his career as an intern at Heinen's and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron in 1992.
