Vidhyadhar Bhagwat is an Oracle HCM Fusion/Cloud Specialist with extensive expertise in Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Global HR. They began their career as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services before becoming a Senior IT Consultant at Oracle. Currently, Vidhyadhar is the HCM Cloud Payroll/OTL/Absence Management/Benefits & HR Functional Lead at PwC, where they have successfully completed multiple implementation projects. Vidhyadhar holds a Master of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
