Tom Fleming is currently the Director of Global Thought Leadership at PwC, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served at McKinsey & Company from 2018 to 2021, where they advanced through various editorial roles, including Deputy Editor in Chief of McKinsey Quarterly. Before that, Tom worked as the Director of Content Development at Heidrick & Struggles from 2014 to 2016. They also have experience as a Writing Instructor at the University of Arizona, where their educational journey continues, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Fine Arts in Fiction Writing.
