Subhasis Majumdar is a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) compliance. Currently serving in Global Assurance Quality Inspections at PwC Global, Subhasis also holds multiple leadership roles at PwC SDC, including Chief Internal Auditor and Ethics Officer. Previously, Subhasis has managed significant statutory and internal audits while developing a robust offshoring practice within the PwC network. Subhasis is a rank holder of Calcutta University and a Chartered Accountant, further contributing to thought leadership in the field through publications and seminars.
