Nicole Thomas is a Transformation & Deals Partner and Principal at PwC, where they lead cross-functional and cross-border transactions and have over 15 years of experience in deals. Having spent around 10 years at PwC, Nicole specializes in large complex transformations, due diligence, and value capture, leading over 250 transactions, including major global spin-offs. Prior to PwC, Nicole held various marketing and project management roles at Howden and served as a Marketing Coordinator at Homeowners Mortgage. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Marketing and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina - The Moore School of Business.
