Jude Baliti is the Head of Partner Talent, Development and Coaching at PwC, where they lead a team that provides coaching and development to over 1,000 partners in the UK and Africa. With a background in Management Consultancy and a Chartered Accountancy qualification, Jude has specialized in partner development and talent management for the past eight years. They previously held roles at BDO UK LLP and DTZ Pieda Consulting, focusing on people and change initiatives. Jude holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Economics and Management from the University of Leeds and is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their best.
