Duncan Skailes has been with PwC since 1987 and currently serves as a Partner in the UK Financial Services Lead Advisory team. With over 20 years of experience in deals, Duncan specializes in advising on public and private M&A transactions and management buy-outs. Prior to becoming a Partner, Duncan was a Senior Manager at PwC UK, focusing on corporate finance and private equity. Duncan also has audit qualification and experience as a Manager. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from University College London.
