Stephen Loy, MBA, is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at PulteGroup since May 2021, Stephen has honed skills as a Senior Procurement Agent and previously held roles including Purchasing Estimator at Toll Brothers, Budget Review Estimator at Opendoor, and Project Manager at Design Tec Homes.
