Jon Cakus is currently the Director of Land Development at PulteGroup, managing projects in the Sacramento region and surrounding counties. Previously, Jon held various positions including Land Development Manager at Meritage Homes, where they managed projects and budgets totaling over $274.6 million. With a strong foundation in military experience as a Naval Submarine Officer and an educational background including a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, Jon brings extensive expertise to the field of land development.
