Joe Lamparyk is currently the Division Director of Land Development at PulteGroup, leveraging over two decades of experience in new homebuilding, commercial construction, and historical restoration. They began their career as a Journeyman Carpenter in the Trade Show Industry and transitioned to managing construction projects at R.W. Clark Company, focusing on historic restorations. Joe has also held key positions in several companies, including Production Manager at NVR, Inc. and Division Manager for Wade Jurney Homes, where they emphasized team development and strategic planning. Educated at Cleveland State University, they have honed strong skills in management, organization, and client relations throughout their career.
