Rashpal Singh Bahra is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Propositions Implementations Lead at Pulsant since November 2014. In this role, Rashpal focuses on designing and developing new IT concepts while supporting other teams to improve existing solutions as part of the Core Engineering team. Prior to Pulsant, Rashpal worked as a Network Specialist at BBC Monitoring, providing 4th line support and managing migrations of Active Directory and Exchange systems. Rashpal also gained valuable experience as a 3rd Line Support Analyst at COFELY UK, where management of Active Directory and Exchange solutions was a primary responsibility, and as an IT Support Analyst at JZB Ltd, providing contract-based IT support to multiple small businesses. Rashpal holds a BSc in Computer Science from Brunel University of London and completed GCSEs and A-Levels at Dr Challoners Grammar School.
