Gregory Kostopoulos is an IT infrastructure operations, services, and processes specialist with extensive experience in service delivery and system administration. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at AXA as a Service Delivery Coordinator and System Administrator, managing Windows servers and supporting various IT functions. Most recently, they have taken on roles including Operations Manager at SILVARE, Network Operations Center Manager at PPC S.A., and Operations Manager at Accenture Greece since 2024. Additionally, they serve as Service Owner for Core Banking System and Digital Experience at Alpha Supporting Services S.A. from 2022 to 2025, where they oversee complex IT service lifecycles in compliance with ITIL frameworks. Gregory continues to pursue education in Computer Engineering Technology at the 5th Athens High School.
