Rebecca Silva is the VP of Grants & Contracts at the Public Health Institute, where they lead global finance and compliance operations. With a strong background in grants management, program implementation, and financial management, they have held several key positions at PHI, including Senior Director and Director of Grants & Contracts. Prior to their current role, Rebecca held various finance and compliance positions at Ernst & Young, Tetra Tech, and MetLife. They are multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations at UC San Diego while having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UCSB.
