Paolo Albert is the CEO of Conversa srl, a position they have held since 2001. They are the founder, CEO and CTO of PubCoder, a digital publishing software started in 2013; PubCoder is recommended by Apple iTunes as an authoring tool and received a special mention from the CONTEC jury in 2013. From June 2025 they serve as CTO of Performance Lab, responsible for the technology strategy and architecture of the e-learning platform specializing in sports training for coaches, athletic trainers, and athletes. Earlier in their career, they founded an IT company and spent 15 years helping publishers develop their own digital products. They earned a Master of Science in Political Theory, Public Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics in 1999 and a degree in Scienze Politiche from Università degli Studi di Milano (1993-1998) with a 106/110.
