Jeffrey Pompe is currently a Principal DevOps and Automation Engineer at PTC, where they began in 2022 after serving as a Senior DevOps and Automation Engineer from 2018 to 2022. Prior to their tenure at PTC, Jeffrey held the position of Senior DevOps Engineer at Classy.org in 2017 and worked as a Research and Development and Quality Assurance Engineer at ZeroFOX from 2014 to 2015. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, followed by further studies at The Johns Hopkins University in the same field.
