Currently, George serves as the Director of Salesforce Operations at PTC, following previous roles including Director of Salesforce Operations and Global Support Operations Manager at ServiceMax. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Houghton University.
