Kenneth Phung, MS-HCA, is an experienced Patient Access Manager specializing in rare diseases and complex medical conditions. Currently serving at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since July 2021, Kenneth provides personalized support to patients and caregivers. Previous roles include managing patient access for CareMetx, LLC, where Kenneth advocated for patient collaboration among insurance companies, medical practices, and clients, and at Genentech, where management of the Patient Access department contributed to the reimbursement processes for multiple sclerosis therapies. Kenneth’s foundation in medical billing was established at UCSF Medical Center. Education includes a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San José State University.
