Riza Natasya Bukit has extensive experience in business operations and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Convergence Customer Experience and Digital Touchpoint at PT XL Axiata Tbk since July 2023. Previously, Riza held the position of Head of Convergence Business Operations for XL Home from May 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included establishing and managing end-to-end business operations and leading teams in customer onboarding, billing, and performance monitoring. Earlier experience includes working as an Officer in the Business and Product Development Division at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta from June 2008 to June 2011, focusing on infrastructure cost evaluation and financial report analysis. Riza holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2008.
