They have successfully managed IT projects at various organizations, including PT Bank UOB Indonesia and PT Bussan Auto Finance, where they focus on project planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. Tabita has previously worked as a Web Developer, gaining a strong foundation in software design and development, and has held roles in IT Quality Assurance. They obtained a degree in Informatics from Universitas Telkom in 2020 and are committed to fostering continuous learning and innovation in their current projects.
