Dylan Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Dylan started their career as a PhD candidate and later became a Postdoctoral Researcher at Griffith University. In 2013, they joined the University of Oxford, working as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant and later as a Marie Curie Research Fellow. Dylan also served as a Lecturer and Senior Researcher at the University of Oxford's Department of Physics. Saunders then joined St Anne's College, University of Oxford as a Junior Research Fellow. In 2018, they transitioned to industry and worked as a Research and Development Engineer at PsiQuantum. Dylan then took on roles as a Lead Quantum System Architect, Technology Lead, and currently serves as the Director of Quantum Systems Engineering at PsiQuantum since July 2022.

Dylan Saunders received a Bachelor's Degree in Photonics and Nanoscience from Griffith University in 2008. Dylan then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Quantum Physics at the same university from 2009 to 2012.
