They have held multiple leadership roles, advancing from Plant Manager to Chief Operating Officer, and currently serve as the Manufacturing VP for Electrification Europe at Prysmian. Ramon’s expertise encompasses a range of industrial processes, including extrusion and cable production for the automotive sector.
