Carolyne LaSala Holtorf is a hands-on leader with extensive executive experience in building teams and creating foundational blueprints for startups and multinational corporations, including Fortune 100 companies. They have headed pre and post-launch teams for iTunes in the US and Europe, and launched Apple’s App Store and mobile App Store. Currently, Carolyne serves as an investor and board member for several organizations, including Bounce Imaging and Cambridge Terahertz, while also being a partner at Good Growth Capital, a majority women-owned venture capital fund. Carolyne holds a BA in Political Science and Government, as well as French Literature from Connecticut College, and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
