Garrick Kong is a global data management leader with over 17 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Data Operating Model and Controls at Prudential plc, Garrick is accountable for establishing frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Previously, Garrick held various leadership roles, including Head of Data Quality Solutions and Head of Data Governance at Standard Chartered, as well as Director of FSO Advisory Services at EY. Garrick has a strong academic background with an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and dual degrees in Finance and Computer Science from the University of New South Wales, along with professional certifications from Harvard Extension School and the EDM Council.
