Arjan van Veen is an experienced insurance and investment banking professional with over 30 years in Strategy, M&A, finance, treasury, actuarial, investor relations, and ESG roles. Currently, they serve as the Group Head of Corporate Finance at Prudential plc, where they manage external shareholder communication and various strategic projects. Previously, they held significant positions at FWD Insurance, Allianz, and major investment banks including UBS, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on insurance research and portfolio management. Arjan earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics/Statistics from UCL and a Post Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science.
