Mike Flanagan is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and technology-driven solutions, currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Arch Amenities Group. With over 30 years of experience, Mike has held key leadership roles, including CEO and Co-Founder of LifeStart, where they led significant growth and strategic innovation until its acquisition by Arch Amenities in 2020. Currently, as a CRE Strategic Advisor and Investor, Mike focuses on strengthening portfolio relationships and exploring new growth opportunities in the Canadian market. They are also involved as a member of the Forbes Business Council and have been instrumental in developing wellness programs through their co-founding of Momentum Health, LLC. Mike earned their education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
