Santosh Gawade is currently the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Protium, where they have led four successful employee benefits projects and contributed to the company earning the "Great Place to Work" award in 2018. They have held various HR positions, starting as an HR Executive at Reliance General Insurance from 2008 to 2010, and subsequently serving as Deputy Manager at Reliance Commercial Finance Limited from 2011 to 2020. Santosh also gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at Ranbaxy in 2010. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from KBP College Kalwa, which they completed in 2008.
