Vanessa Pauley is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR operations and recruitment. Currently serving as Director of HR Field Operations at Prosegur since August 2022, Vanessa has previously held roles such as Sr. Manager of Field HR Operations and Regional Human Resources Manager for the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast. Prior to Prosegur, Vanessa was Human Resources Manager and Recruitment Manager at Platinum Group Security from May 2021 to August 2022, and Recruitment Manager at Security Alliance from November 2019 to January 2021.
