Erwin Young is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in help desk and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Help Desk Specialist II at Proofpoint since December 2021, Erwin previously held positions as a Help Desk Analyst at Flexis IT and Versent Entertainment ULC, where expertise in troubleshooting, incident management, and remote support was demonstrated. Prior experience at WW included managing help desk tickets and user accounts, as well as providing off-site support. Erwin also has a background in customer service and accounting, holding a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from York University and an Associate's degree from Sheridan College.
