Dave Clark is an award-winning filmmaker and the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Promise, where they integrate Generative AI into film, TV, and advertising. They have recently gained acclaim for their groundbreaking AI directing work, including the short film “Battalion,” which spotlighted the only Black unit at Omaha Beach during World War 2. Clark also released the world’s first hybrid narrative genre short, “Another,” which was showcased at Cannes Next in 2024. With extensive experience in brand marketing and commercial directing, they have collaborated with major companies like Coca-Cola, HP, and Intel. Currently, Clark resides in Southern California with their family.
