Michael Vagenos has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological sectors, primarily in validation and quality control roles. At IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, from December 2019 to October 2023, Michael served as CQV Project Lead and Validation Specialist II. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Chromatography Accounts Manager at Zyomic Technologies, achieving notable sales growth, and held positions as Associate Scientist at PPD and Scientist at Caliper, Inc., where various high-throughput assays and analysis were performed. Michael has contributed significantly to validation processes and laboratory setup across multiple organizations, including Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Project Farma, and ValSource, LLC while maintaining a strong focus on compliance with cGLP and cGMP standards. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Goucher College in 2010.
