Carl Joyce is the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at The Progressive Corporation, having previously served as Director of Accounting from 2018 to 2025 and Manager of SEC Reporting and Corporate Accounting from 2014 to 2018 at Progressive Insurance. They also worked as a Manager of Internal Audit at Cleveland-Cliffs from 2012 to 2013, and as an Auditor at E&Y from 2004 to 2009. Currently, Carl is pursuing a Master's of Accountancy at Kent State University.
