Adele Hall Shapiro is a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Progressive Insurance, bringing extensive experience as a Human Resources leader in diverse industries such as media, technology, and publishing. Previously, Adele held the position of Director of Human Resources at America’s Test Kitchen, where they played a key role in scaling the company from 60 to 200 employees. Adele also served as the Director of Human Resources at Pearson, where they managed HR activities during a significant merger. Their career began at Analog Devices, where they progressed from Human Resources Representative to Manager, supporting various client groups. Adele is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations at the University at Buffalo and a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
