Corey Pacer brings more than 25 years of experience in the federal market providing engineering, environmental, physical security, mission support, and information technology services to multiple federal agencies including USACE, AFCEC, NAVFAC, DOE, NNSA, NASA, EPA, and NGB. As a business development manager, Mr. Pacer has over 15 years of experience developing and maintaining robust pipelines, relationship building, and formulating and executing capture plans to successfully drive awards on opportunities including high profile task orders, critical recompetes, multiple award IDIQ vehicles, and complex, single-award contracts. Mr. Pacer currently leads Pro2Serve’s business development efforts in the DOE market.
