Virginie Fiacre is a seasoned professional in strategy, organization transformation, and operational performance with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at ProductLife Group since March 2024, Virginie previously held the position of Principal at EFESO from 2010 to February 2024, focusing on national and international projects in business process excellence and programme management. As the Founder and Director of MFT Conseil from 2006 to 2009, Virginie was instrumental in new business development and strategic consulting.
