Torben Thers Nørgaard is a seasoned General Manager and Senior Executive, specializing in commercial and operational excellence. With extensive experience leading teams in the development and delivery of medical devices and drug combinations, they previously held roles as Senior Director at ALK Abelló and various management positions at Coloplast, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and employee satisfaction. Currently, Torben serves as General Manager for Northern Europe at ProductLife Group, in addition to their ongoing role as Chairman of the Board for both PharmaLex Norway and Nordic Health Economics AB. Torben holds degrees in Chemistry and Finance for Executives from DTU and INSEAD, respectively, further enhancing their strategic leadership capabilities.
