Claus Schack has extensive experience in leadership and sourcing within the recruiting and creative industries. Since May 2004, Claus has served as the Director of the Center of Excellence - Sourcing at emagine, a role established in late 2022 to provide leadership and best practices in sourcing. Prior to this, Claus held the position of Sourcing Manager and Head of HQ Department at emagine, following the merger of ProData Consult and Raft Consulting in 2016. Claus began career in the creative sector, working as Owner and Consultant at C-buro, Creative Director at Sakamoto, and Creative Manager at Dwarf, after an early career as AD/Senior Designer at Lowe Lintas. Claus holds a Multimedia Designer degree and has studied various design and foreign language programs.
