Mykola Kariaka is a Commercial Director and Sales & Operations Executive with extensive leadership experience in the consumer goods industry. They have a proven track record in sales management, trade marketing, and project leadership, showcasing skills in distributor operations and go-to-market strategy. Mykola has held multiple senior management roles at Procter & Gamble from 2013 to 2014, overseeing distributor operations and trade marketing efforts in Ukraine and Russia. Currently, Mykola is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Uniwersytet Warszawski, further enhancing their expertise following two Master's degrees from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in Finance and Theoretical Physics.
