Michael DiPaola is currently the Director of Research & Development at Procter & Gamble, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry. They have developed innovation strategies and managed innovation portfolios, focusing on disruptive market research and effective organizational designs. Michael has a demonstrated passion for sustainability and co-founded Compai, LLC, a startup that aims to promote smart home composting solutions. Additionally, they serve as a Council Member for the Innovation Leadership Council at The Conference Board and are an investor member at Queen City Angels. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, with a concentration in Food Science and Enology.
